Description
- Lead the Marketing Science’s team
- Based on the current work this individual will spend 60% of their time with the Urology team, 30% with the Infectious Disease team and 10% with the CV/Transplant team
- Inspire, lead and develop talent
- Determine the strategic priorities and guide the team based on the drivers of product performance
- Lead all team projects and activities
- Deliver integrated insights (market research, analytics, competitive intelligence and forecasting) for commercial decision-making and brand strategy development
- Development and deliver an integrated marketing sciences plan
- Providing thought leadership and insight to drive business decisions and outcomes
- Identify and implement solutions that fill knowledge gaps
- Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred)
- At least 12 years of experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical/health care industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Deep analytic capabilities
- Proven ability to translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Understands ROI and Market Mix Analysis
- Ability to work with data and understand data sets
- Knowledge of sales force metrics, physician segmentation, and payer contracting analysis
- Ability to make vendor selections
- Solid functional expertise and demonstrated ability to operate in all areas of responsibility (i.e. Marketing Analytics, Market Research, Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence)
- Technically proficient
