Description
- Evaluate and deliver market access strategies for the US pipeline
- Take on and own pipeline and Business Development projects for specific indications
- Align with the New Product Planning team to develop commercial strategies that will establish access goals, payer value props, etc.
- Take on and own pipeline and Business Development projects for specific indications
- Lead the payer “voice of customer” research
- Provide insight that will guide the development of HEOR, pricing, reimbursement and market access perspectives
- Work with the global New Product Planning team to incorporate US inputs into the world wide access strategies
- Vendor and Budget management
- Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical/health care industry
- Proven ability to develop strategic market access plans
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret market research that is designed to gain payer and regulatory insights
- Solid knowledge of the reimbursement landscape (government and private payers)
- Understands clinical data and trial design
- Executive presence and business acumen
