Title Director Market Access
Travel 25%
  • Evaluate and deliver market access strategies for the US pipeline
    • Take on and own pipeline and Business Development projects for specific indications
      • Align with the New Product Planning team to develop commercial strategies that will establish access goals, payer value props, etc. 
  • Lead the payer “voice of customer” research
  • Provide insight that will guide the development of HEOR, pricing, reimbursement and market access perspectives
  • Work with the global New Product Planning team to incorporate US inputs into the world wide access strategies
  • Vendor and Budget management
  • Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical/health care industry
  • Proven ability to develop strategic market access plans
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret market research that is designed to gain payer and regulatory insights
  • Solid knowledge of the reimbursement landscape (government and private payers)
  • Understands clinical data and trial design   
  • Executive presence and business acumen
